It is located on Aguacate street, 2 blocks from the bus stop to Playa Ancón and very close to the railway station (the colonial steam train, which takes a tourist tour of the magnificent Valle de los Ingenios, is especially attractive). Well connected, there are bars and restaurants nearby and an agricultural products market, where you can buy bananas and other typical Cuban agricultural products.

It is rented as an independent house. The rooms are located on the top floor (a first). There are two rooms, kitchen (equipped with induction cooker, cutlery, sink, dishwasher, fridge, basic cleaning products (bleach, dishwasher, sponge, cloths, ...), basic food products (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, ...), and crockery), and a terrace.

It consists of two air-conditioned rooms. Both have air conditioning, fan, private bathroom, and hairdryer.
